Your privacy is important to us. That is why we use the PayPal Merchant account services as our shopping cart and checkout.

We provide Secure Shopping via PayPal Merchant Services: All transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption through PayPal Merchant Services. When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it arrives at the banking institution. We do not receive nor do we see in any form your banking or credit card information. All we receive is the funds for your purchase into our account after which we ship your items. We are a PayPal Merchant Services Store, and make use of their servers for checkout.

Your contact information is obviously needed in order for us to ship you the products that you order. Your e-mail address is needed to contact you if any problems arise with your order. If you have not indicated an item size or color when needed we must be able to contact you immediately so we can expedite your order in a timely manner. If you only supply a shipping address it could take weeks to validate and ship your order. A phone number is not always necessary but would aid us in contacting you faster.

We Do Not in any way shape or manner, trade, sell or pass on your contact information to anyone. It is for the sole purpose of completing and shipping your order. We also do not send on any unsolicited e-mails, sales pitches or any other correspondence to you by mail, phone or e-mail unless specifically requested by you. We do not currently have a newsletter but when we do implement one it will be on a strictly opt in basis only. We also Do Not store any of your contact information on this site or in any form.

The hosting provider for this web site does provide log files that show various information on customer internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement and gather broad demographic information for our use use in only checking to ensure our advertising campaigns are providing the results we wish. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information.

Having difficulty checking out with PayPal?

We use PayPal Merchant Account as a convenient and secure way for you to pay for your order. PayPal is technically a third party payment service that our checkout links to in order to process your order and because of this, there can be delays due to PayPal's server volume, internet traffic and general server glitches.

You may need to try to place your order at an alternate time of day when traffic is lower, or reload to get your order to go through. We are only able to make one "capture" to your PayPal account per order number.

You must have a confirmed PayPal address and be shipping to that address.

Our system uses your PayPal account information. That information MUST be up to date and accurate. We have had numerous instances with customers having outdated PayPal information and placing their orders with this outdated information. In many cases, their orders had already shipped and went to a wrong address. Please make sure that your information is accurate before you place your order. Thank you.
